Hello Honeybrees,
Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate it.  To answer your question about the color of the soap, are you referring to bar soap or liquid castile soap?  We do not use any dyes, color additives or artificial enhancements in our soap.  The color you see is all natural.  We use organic extra virgin olive oil in both our bar and liquid soap.  The oil is pulpy and green.  The bar soap takes on a creamy hue, and the liquid is usually golden.  The company that makes the Greek soap you mentioned might use some sort of color enhancement to get that green color.
