Return policy

Soap is a personal care item and not returnable.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.  Returns will not be approved if the request is made more than 30 days from the original shipment date.  If approved, the buy is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the merchant.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
