Hello Neena,
This is a great question. We cannot give medical advice, but we can tell you our clients have told us our unscented liquid, bar or oatmeal bar (which is unscented) work where other soaps do not. I would recommend getting one bar or one bottle to test it on your daughter. Let me know if this helps.

I am so glad to find your products do not contain parabens. I’ve made it a habit of not buying things I put on my skin that have ingredients I can’t pronounce.
